What types of products do you sell?
At PixelCraft Studio, we specialize in high-quality digital design resources, including:

  • Social Media Templates for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Fonts for personal and commercial use.

  • Graphic Templates for websites, banners, and business branding.

  • Icons and Vectors that can be customized for various creative projects.

  • Photoshop Brushes, UI Kits, and other digital tools that simplify the design process.

How do I download my purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, you will immediately receive a download link via email. You can also log into your PixelCraft Studio account to access your products at any time.

  • Download process: Click the link provided in the email, and the product will be saved directly to your computer or device.

  • Download limits: You can download the purchased product as many times as you need. The link will remain active for 30 days.

Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
Yes! Most of our products come with a commercial license, which means you can use the designs for your business, including marketing, websites, and branding.

However, you cannot resell the product files themselves or distribute them for free. You are allowed to incorporate them into your own original designs, but the raw files cannot be sold or shared directly.

Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we do not offer custom design services. However, we frequently update our collection of templates and resources, so make sure to check back for new items that may fit your needs.

Can I modify the templates?
Yes, all of our templates are fully customizable. Whether you're working in Photoshop, Canva, or another design software, our templates are designed to be easily edited. Change the text, images, colors, and layout to suit your needs. We encourage you to make the designs your own!

What if I have trouble with my download or the product isn't working?
If you encounter any issues with downloading or using the product, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are happy to help!

We will resend your download link or help resolve any technical issues you may be facing.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your purchase, such as a broken download link or corrupted file, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement or help resolve the issue.
